Setting Up Audience Segments
Audience Segments are free and easy to implement for existing Quantcast accounts. Check out our implementation guide for a walk through of the web implementation process, or see our iOS and Android SDK implementation guides to implement Audience Segments for your mobile app.
Use Sub-Segments to Drill Down to Your Most Valuable Audience
For each of your segments, you can add sub-segments to get the most actionable data possible – you’ll find the same audience and traffic reports available regardless of granularity. Sub-segments also can help organize your reporting. As a best practice, we recommend you avoid nesting a large number of sub-segments and instead, consider additional top-level segments to keep your reporting organized.
Note: Because Audience Segments are intended to measure unique audiences, audience members who appear in a segment are counted only once for a given time period for that segment, regardless of how many times they may qualify to appear.
